Welcome to the Eddtronix website. My name is Charles E. Weeks. I own and operate Eddtronix LLC with my father Eddie as my sales representative. We both have lived or worked in the Clermont area for the past eight years.
 
Unfortunately, Clermont isn't without a criminal element. I learned about Clermont area criminal activity while working in the security industry from 2002 thru 2006. I did everything from residential alarm installation, commercial alarm installation, camera surveillance installation and repair service technician. In 2006 I decided to enter the industry as a Company Owner/Operator. When I first started the company, I limited myself to Audio/Video installation. Later in 2008 I obtained a State License-Registered Alarm System Contractor I, which allowed me to start operating at a security installation company. On September 29, 2008 the State of Florida issued Eddtronix LLC the License Number EY12000228. Installation quality and equipment/workmanship warranty are both HOT Button issues with me. I Do Not waiver on demanding quality workmanship from myself, an employee, or any Sub-contractor that I use to perform an installation. By doing quality work and using quality equipment, I have kept warranty service calls from customers to an almost non-existent level. We include a 12 month warranty with every system installed by us, it covers Parts & Workmanship. There are no hidden fees with our warranty; you will NOT be charged a Trip charge for a valid warranty call, or for any defective equipment that needs to be replaced.
 
Part of doing quality work is cleaning up the job site after the system is installed and properly tested. I do not expect anyone to clean up after me, or any Eddtronix representative. Any mess caused by the installation of your security system will be cleaned up by us, NOT you...
